What is missing from the report is that most people period should not be stopped by the cops in the spurious quest for revenue ordered by the cops superiors.     From 1992 he was said to have carried out 11 sexual attacks on seven women and two men during burglaries, and also burgled the homes of nine others.
    Grant was arrested in November 2009 by undercover officers as he fled after a botched break-in at the home of a wheelchair-bound 86-year-old, it was alleged.
    When his DNA was found at 12 crime scenes, he made the ‘extraordinary’ claim it had been planted by a former lover.
    He said Janet Watson, from whom he separated in 1979, had tried to frame him by collecting samples of his semen and saliva from their time together and then planting it at the crime scenes across South London, Surrey and Kent.

    He also suggested the DNA could have come from his own son – Delroy Grant Jnr.

    The following blog post does identify the child as a “hispanic female” child. It also discusses what may be some local politics involved. More important to me and one which deserves more attention than it gets is the anonymous comment below. I have observed that there are, not just in Texas, but elsewhere, attempts to criminalize normal childhood conduct and to create records which follow the kids after they finish school. I do think there is an organized movement to do just what is alleged by the commenter, in order to place clear distinctions between some who are “chosen” and the rest of the kids – who are tagged for life.

    People need to be aware that this is happening. If society cannot defend it’s kids, it will not and cannot defend itself. Some schools have become warehouses for child abuse, with Marxist administrators covering for the abuses being committed against the kids. Hence, tickets, thence, court, thence permanent criminal records- for 9 to 18 year olds!!! Yes, they start at Eastside’s 4th and 5th grade campus.

    [Only one parent, had the education to see it coming, plead to deferred adjudication (avoiding the criminal record, entirely,) and immediately, put the kid in private school- precluding any future contact with CISD PD, hence deferment period violations.]

    Compare this to a HS enrollment of 783, and a MS enrollment of 802 (as of Feb 18th). Yes that’s a rate of 1 in 8 students, who now have a criminal record. Compare to 158 HS grads in all of 2010. Yes, they’re handing out more criminal records than diplomas. Sadly, nobody at CISD’s PD, nor admin, sees this as a problem???

    The school’s priority is clear. Who needs 13 grade levels of teachers? Three ticket pads can empty the student body, of all deemed ‘undesirable.’ No appeals, no redress. Case closed.

    Teacher layoffs? Absolutely! Due to declining enrollment. Criteria?Again: keep the best/shoot the rest. Naturally, serial child abusing admin’s are exempt.

    We’ll then have ‘exemplary’ schools, because everybody else will be in jail, elsewhere, or in Liberty.

    Few, and far between, are the parents, with the resources to defend their kids (legally, via private schooling, or home schooling.)”.

    It’s so sad that we live in an age where race is still a major factor when ALL of us live in the same country with the same debt. Whether you are black, white, green, yellow, orange, purple, you still owe Uncle Sam, we are all in debt to Queen Liz and the UK. Until we break away from that mess, we are all the same buddy. I will pray for you and hope that you would be more sensitive with way you use your words to talk about other races. We all shed the same blood.

    I dare not talk about the origins of our races, because it matter’s not. But what matters is what comes out of our minds, mouths and hearts. Sure we get fed up, pissed, and tired of the BS.     he is a jew-a dead one now I believe-he was a teacher in the slums, the jew owned ghettos where people born into poverty are systematically kept in that poverty-

    People who have been born into generations of poverty,
