Christians do not have a right to wear a cross or crucifix openly at work, the Government is to argue in a landmark court case. In a highly significant move, ministers will fight a case at the European Court of Human Rights in which two British women will seek to establish their right to display the cross.
A document seen by The Sunday Telegraph discloses that ministers will argue that because it is not a “requirement” of the Christian faith, employers can ban the wearing of the cross and sack workers who insist on doing so.
It is the first time that the Government has been forced to state whether it backs the right of Christians to wear the symbol at work. The Christian women bringing the case, Nadia Eweida and Shirley Chaplin, claim that they were discriminated against when their employers barred them from wearing the symbols.
They say that Christians are given less protection than members of other religions who have been granted special status for garments or symbols such as the Sikh turban and kara bracelet, or the Muslim hijab. Andrea Williams, the director of the Christian Legal Centre, said: “It is extraordinary that a Conservative government should argue that the wearing of a cross is not a generally recognised practice of the Christian faith.
In recent months the courts have refused to recognise the wearing of a cross, belief in marriage between a man and a woman and Sundays as a day of worship as ‘core’ expressions of the Christian faith. “What next? Will our courts overrule the Ten Commandments?”

The awful and inhumane institution of slavery—so often exclusively blamed on European peoples—was in fact legally established by a black African in Virginia in 1655, official records have shown.
The institution of slavery—as morally reprehensible as it is—is one of the psychological weapons which the Jewish extremist controlled mass media continually use to incite racial hatred and instil guilt in European Americans.
Yet the reality is that the first legal recognition of slavery was created in the colony of Virginia by a court case launched by an African, Anthony Johnson.
Up to that time, there were no perpetual slaves in America, only “indentured labor.” The institution of indentured labor—where someone worked for a certain period of time, usually to pay back a debt or the cost of passage to the New World. Once that time period was up, the laborer was “free” to go.
This is the reason why a large number of the first “slaves” or indentured laborers in early America were white, another fact often suppressed in modern “history” books.
The indentured laborer system was also applied to Africans purchased from Atlantic slave traders. All masters were required to free their servants after their time was up and seven years was the limit that an indentured servant could be held.
Upon their release they were granted 50 acres of land of their own to start a farm—and this included any African.
This system was ended in 1655 when one of the free Africans, named “Anthony Johnson” (a European name he adopted) brought a court case against one of his own indentured servants, a fellow African.
Johnson was brought to the US to work on a tobacco farm in 1619, and upon his release, he set up his own farm on his allocated 50 acres. By 1651, he held 250 acres and five black indentured servants.
Three years later, in 1654, one of these black indentured servants, named John Casor, was about to end his period of service when Johnson told him that he was unilaterally extending his period of service.
Casor simply left Johnson’s farm, and took a paid job with a white farm owner, one Robert Parker.
Johnson brought suit in Northampton County court against Robert Parker in 1654 for detaining his “Negro servant, John Casor,” saying “Hee never did see any [indenture] but that hee had ye Negro for his life”. In the case of Johnson vs Parker, the court of Northampton County upheld Johnson’s right to hold Casor as a slave, saying in its ruling of 8 March 1655:
“This daye Anthony Johnson negro made his complaint to the court against mr. Robert Parker and declared that hee deteyneth his servant John Casor negro under the pretence that said negro was a free man. The court seriously consideringe and maturely weighing the premisses, doe fynde that the saide Mr. Robert Parker most unjustly keepeth the said Negro from Anthony Johnson his master … It is therefore the Judgement of the Court and ordered That the said John Casor Negro forthwith returne unto the service of the said master Anthony Johnson, And that Mr. Robert Parker make payment of all charges in the suit.”
Thus the first legal in perpetuity slave-ownership in America was established—by a black man.
Casor became the first legal permanent slave and Johnson the first legal slave owner, as opposed to the holder of indentured labor.
This court case set the precedent for the 1670 law, passed by the Virginia colonial assembly, which permitted free whites, blacks, and Indians the right to own blacks as slaves.
By 1830 there were 3,775 black families living in the South who owned black slaves. By 1860 there were about 3,000 slaves owned by black households in the city of New Orleans alone.

Orthodox Rabbi Ordered jailed for refusing to testify
Rabbi Moshe Zigelman, a 64-year-old devout Hasid, who was ordered to jail for his refusal to testify before a federal grand jury against fellow Jews,
Los Angeles – An orthodox rabbi who refused to testify before a federal grand jury, saying his religious beliefs prohibit informing on fellow Jews, was ordered jailed Friday by a District Court judge for contempt of court.
Moshe Zigelman, a 64-year-old Hasidic rabbi, was ordered to report Wednesday to a federal detention center in Brooklyn. Until he chooses to testify, he will remain behind bars up to a maximum of 18 months, according to federal prosecutors
Zigelman has previously pleaded guilty and served a prison sentence for his role in a tax-evasion scheme by his Brooklyn-based orthodox sect, Spinka. After his release, he was subpoenaed to testify before a Los Angeles grand jury continuing its probe into the scheme.
Citing an ancient Jewish principle, Zigelman refused to testify, telling a federal judge forcefully during a contempt hearing through a Yiddish interpreter: “Because the transgression of mesira is so dire, my mind won’t change until I die.”
In December, in an order that was sealed because grand jury matters are confidential, U.S. District Court Judge Margaret M. Morrow held the rabbi in civil contempt.
Zigelman’s attorneys, who have maintained that no amount of earthly sanctions will compel the rabbi to change his steadfast beliefs and that his 1st Amendment right to religious freedom was being violated, appealed unsuccessfully to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The rabbi had asked that he be allowed to enter custody after observing Passover, in April. Prosecutors objected, saying March will mark one year since Zigelman was first called to testify and additional delays will require extensions to the grand jury’s term of service.
Morrow ordered him to surrender to the prison March 21.
“The government doesn’t want to be in a position of remanding somebody into custody, what the government is trying to seek is to have truthful testimony in court proceedings,” Asst. U.S. Atty. Daniel O’Brien said Friday. “All people who are percipient witnesses to facts that are relevant to criminal matters have a duty to testify when called to do so before a grand jury.”
An attorney for the rabbi could not be reached for comment.

Accused counselor is being held by police, who suspect he abused students at another school as well.
Two students at a West Bank yeshiva have accused a counselor of sexual abuse. The counselor is also suspected of possibly carrying out similar acts against students at a separate institution where he also taught.
As first reported on the Kipa news website, two students at a boarding school gave testimony earlier this month that the counselor touched their genitals when waking them up in the morning. They also claimed that he told them to perform sexual acts for his own gratification. Three other students also gave testimony supporting the complaints.

There is a kind of contest going on in this country as to which massive blue state will be the first to collapse. Personally, my money is on California failing first, with Obama’s home state of Illinois running a close second. But New York seems to be coming up from the outside.
A Fox News article reports: “Taxed-out New Yorkers are voting with their feet, with a staggering 1.6 million residents fleeing the state over the last decade.”
“For the second consecutive decade, New York led the nation in the percentage of residents leaving for other states, according to the report by the Empire Center for State Policy. The population loss is the ultimate barometer of New York’s attractiveness as a place to work, live and do business, the report’s co-author, E.J. McMahon, said. ‘It’s the ultimate indication that we’ve been doing things wrong.’”
The people leaving the state are overwhelmingly productive White people, who are sick of paying some of the highest taxes of any state in the US. New York has the fifth highest state income tax and the city of New York has a city income tax, which is added on top of the state income tax!!!! Why anyone in his right mind would put up with a city income tax is beyond me. I highly recommend that all White people currently paying city income taxes move out of those cities and let them all go bankrupt.
Washington state and Texas don’t even have state income taxes and are able to survive quite nicely. In fact, many people would say the roads and schools are better in those states, than in California, which has the third highest state income tax.
Fox goes on: “Most analysts blamed New York’s high taxes and skyrocketing cost of living for the mass exodus. The Tax Foundation ranked New York highest in the nation in the combined state and local tax burden in 2008. And as small-business lobbyist Mike Durant noted, New York has also consistently ranked worst or in the top three worst in business climate. ‘You can’t suck every penny out of people and expect them to remain in New York.’”
“Since 1960, New York has lost 7.3 million residents to other states — a net loss of 2.5 million people after adding in an influx of 4.8 million new immigrants, the study found. Overall, the state’s population grew by 2 percent between 2000 and 2010, but that rate that fell far behind states with lower taxes, growing economies and warmer climates like Nevada, Florida and Arizona, the three fastest-growing states, according to The New York Post .”
How much would you like to bet that most of those 7.3 million people leaving New York state since 1960 were productive White people and most of the 4.8 million new immigrants were poverty-stricken invaders from the Third World?
White people pay most of the taxes that keep the welfare checks and union pensions coming. The ones who are staying in New York are those who draw government welfare checks or benefits of some kind.
The problem is obvious: when no one remains to pay the taxes, how does one keep on passing out the government checks? More than 60 shops in Mugardos, a small fishing town in Galicia on Spain’s northern coast, are accepting the peseta again for all purchases, alongside the euro.
It is an attempt to get cash registers ringing – and help lift the town out of a long and painful economic slump.
Shopkeepers were sceptical at first, but they now say the scheme is a great success.
People are travelling into Mugardos from outside just to spend the old currency they never got round to converting.
One man visited the local hardware store this week with a 10,000-peseta note he had found at home, and had no idea what to do with.
He is now the happy owner of a sandwich toaster.
The euro was introduced here in January 2002.
This eliminated any local political “interference” with centralized jewish plundering of the Spanish economy through the mechanism of jewish manipulated currency de-valuation, and debt – to the jews.
Spaniards then had another three months to exchange their old currency at any bank.
That cash can still be converted today, but only at the Bank of Spain itself, and it says a staggering 1.7bn euros ($2.4bn) of cash is still unaccounted for – stashed, perhaps, then forgotten; piles of coins that slipped down the backs of sofas; or even big notes kept by collectors.

Israel’s intelligence service Mossad has acknowledged, just like their American counterparts, there is no proof Tehran is carrying out a nuclear weapons program, a source in US intelligence told the New York Times.
An unnamed former senior US intelligence official told the paper “Mossad does not disagree with the US on the [Iranian] weapons program.” The consensus among US spy agencies remains that Iran stopped its nuclear weapons research several years ago.
“There is not a lot of dispute between the US and Israeli intelligence communities on the facts,” the official continued.
Such recognition comes in stark contrast with Israeli politicians, who have continually insisted on an immediate military strike on Iran’s nuclear installations to prevent it from evolving into an “existential threat” to the Jewish state.
The assessment of the intelligence available is the key to the ongoing war or peace dilemma with Iran. US spy agencies have been searching around for years, trying to find proof Iran is developing a nuclear warhead and missiles to deliver it. For all of their troubles, this is what they’ve found: the program was shut down way back in 2003.
As of today, the intelligence data on Iran has not significantly changed.
“Iran is the hardest intelligence target there is. It is harder by far than North Korea,” another former intelligence officer confessed to the NYT. His explanation was simple: the US doesn’t have many agents on the ground to verify information.
There are reports the US use sensors implanted near Iranian nuclear facilities to monitor the situation.
But while intelligence circles might admit Iran is not close to obtaining nuclear weapons, the sanctions against Iran remain in place. Meanwhile, neither Israeli nor American leaders make any bones of threatening Iran with a military solution to prevent the country’s frustrated nuclear ambitions from seeing the light of day.
Iran insists on the utterly peaceful character of its nuclear program and promises not to give it up at any cost.
