    Israel Presses US for Another $700 Million in Military Aid

    Funding Needed for Missile Defense Israeli Military Felt Wasn’t Worth Paying For

    April 04, 2012

    The Israeli government has reportedly submitted a formal request for the US to agree to an additional $700 million in military funding, above and beyond the massive amount already allocated, to pay for the Iron Dome and Magic Wand missile defense systems.

    This request is above and beyond the money the Pentagon was already seeking for Israel’s Iron Dome system, as the short range missiles, which were largely unsuccessful during the recent Gaza Strip attacks. The Israeli government wants to expand the number of batteries available.

    The Iron Dome system was initially defunded by the Israeli military in 2010, when they decided it was not cost effective. The US immediately approved full funding for it. Now, the US is liable to be on the hook for the Magic Wand system as well.

    Though official statements from the US have not been made on the new request, reports say that the US is likely to make the $700 million a de facto bribe, aimed at convincing Israel to delay its attack on Iran just a little longer.

    Has anyone noticed that Obama has now officially proclaimed that he has the power to execute American citizens at will, anywhere, any time, and without trial or charge of any kind? Does anyone realize that as recently as twelve years ago, a statement such as I just made would have been so completely outrageous and absurd that even the wildest right-wing paranoid case would not have believed it, not even of Bill Clinton? Bill and Hillary seem to have murdered quite a few people, to be sure, but not officially. Not legally. They didn’t announce the fact openly with a press conference.

    And how about the National Defense Authorization Act, which effectively suspends the Right of habeas corpus whenever Obama or the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder finds it inconvenient, allowing them to lock people up indefinitely without trial or charge. Lincoln tried that during the Civil War and his own Supreme Court, hardly a pro-Confederate institution, ruled against him in 1864.

    An article on Antiwar.com reports: “Speaking today at Northwestern University, Attorney General Eric Holder insisted that the president has an absolute right under the context of the war on terror to order the assassination of American citizens overseas, saying that the nature of a war against a stateless enemy meant that assassinations could happen anywhere.”

    That’s one of the official fig leaves that the System uses, that these powers of arbitrary murder will be used only against dark-skinned Muslims and only outside the country. The Matt Hale case, wherein an Anglo-Saxon native-born White American male was sentenced to 40 years in prison under the Patriot Act for typing a single sentence in an AIM chat room, is simply ignored as if it never happened. The liberal media are good at that.

    Antiwar.com goes on: “Insisting that such killings are legal and constitutional, Holder also said that President Obama’s decision to assassinate an American citizen in and of itself amounted to due process, and that courts are entirely unnecessary.”

    Obama has now not only thrown out the U.S. Constitution, he’s thrown out the Magna Carta. We’re not just dealing with King George the Third here, we’re dealing with King John or is Idi Amin or Robert Mugabe more appropriate?

Though officials had presented Holder’s speech ahead of time as a final word on killings, he left much of the debate entirely unaddressed, not even touching on the standard for which a citizen could be assassinated and simply insisting that when the president decides to do so we should assume it was for a really good reason.”

    I’ve got just one little question: Andrew Breitbart posed an immediate threat to the Obama regime. Was his death covered by this murderous loophole? I know they say it only covers Americans overseas. So does that mean when a dissident leaves the US on a vacation to Europe, it’s “OK” to execute him? And if you cross that line, why not just slip some digitalis into a dissident’s glass of wine so that he dies of a massive heart attack. By the way the odds of a first heart attack being fatal are only four percent. That means there should have been a 96 percent chance of Mr. Breitbart surviving.

    We need to understand that one reason why the demand for abortion and contraception is treated by the liberals as a matter of “health care” is that they consider pregnancy to be a disease, a condition that needs to be “cured,” and the killing of a human infant to be a kind of act of hygiene that allows a female worker to get back into the office and keep on contributing productively to the great hive, whether that hive is a multinational corporation (for Republicans) or the government (for Democrats.)

    The first paragraph alone tells us that these people are completely devoid of anything remotely resembling moral scruples. To them, the infant is indeed nothing but “tissue.”

    For that matter, so are you and I, and we are equally disposable in Obama’s America.

    Rabbi Uri Sofer: B’hadarei Haredim website Tried To Extort Money

    Jerusalem – Prominent Chareidi rabbi, Rabbi Uri Sofer is the latest person to come out against Israeli news site B’chadrei Chareidim, saying that the site’s editors demanded $100,000 to halt a campaign to discredit him publicly.

    According to a report on Israeli news site Israel Hayom, B’Chadrei Chareidim accused R’ Sofer of child molestation.

    “They wrote stories about me, my sons in law and my children that were complete lies,” said R’ Sofer. “I have been teaching children for twenty years and they told parents to take their children out of my classes. They tried to destroy my parnassa, my work, all for their financial gain.

    I tried contacting them with letters, by sending people to speak with them on my behalf but they didn’t even bother to respond.”

    R’ Sofer said that he considered taking legal action against B’Chadrei Chareidim but was advised against it.

    “They have big lawyers and deeper pockets than me,” explained R’ Sofer. “All that would have happened was the matter would have dragged on in court until I ran out of money.I just gave up.”

    R’ Sofer, who spoke with police this week, believes that there are many other blackmail victims who have yet to come forward.

    “Everyone knows that if they go to the police their names will become public,” said R’ Sofer, who believes he was targeted by the site after participating in a ban against B’Chadrei Chareidim. “Me? I have nothing to fear here.

    I have already been burned. What else can they do to me?”

    Police continue to hold the editor who was arrested on Sunday morning and according to one police source the list of those who were blackmailed continues to grow on a daily basis as more and more victims continue to come forward.

    “I am not familiar with R’ Sofer’s story and have no idea what he is talking about,” said Sharon Keenan, a lawyer for the main suspect in the incident. “We will study the allegations and respond accordingly.”

    Barney, I agree with most of what you say. However, to state that” Christianity is a White Man’s religion”,is just plain untrue. Christianity is a Jewish religion through and through.
